FIRST DAY!

Alright, so first day!
It was really hectic, I was extremely busy, so eating healthy was rather difficult.

Breakfast: toasted cheese bagel (300cal)
Lunch: crackers and cheese and large servings of cantalopoues and grapes (400cal)
Snack: Half a gruyere and ham sandwich (250cal)
Dinner: Chinese resturant (450cal)

Total: 1350 cal

Exercise: 0

So I ate a little less than what I am suppose to every day. (1600cal)

I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow and cutting my calories down to under 1000cal.
Slowly shrinking my appetite.
