DAY 3

So, I kind of ate a lot today because I have a long day ahead of meBreakfast:
chocolate milk (160cal)
fruit parfait (300cal)

Lunch:
PBJ sandwich (380cal)
Large salad (300cal)

Snack: lays chips (160cal)

Dinner: Pizza and candy (500cal)

total: 1800cal
exercise: dance....hopefully
