NO :(

My friends and I decided to take a little trip to the candy store, and we each stocked up on a whole bag worth of different gummies and chocolates and caramels.
And then we decided to grab a quick bite to eat.

Even though I only got a parfait, my cal level went up by another 500.

This was a really bad day.
This weekend, I will try my best to eat as little as possible, hopefully under 1000 :)

So, I kind of ate a lot today because I have a long day ahead of meBreakfast:
chocolate milk (160cal)
fruit parfait (300cal)

Lunch:
PBJ sandwich (380cal)
Large salad (300cal)

Snack: lays chips (160cal)

Dinner: Pizza and candy (500cal)

total: 1800cal
exercise: dance....hopefully

lunch: swiss and ham sandwich: 300 cal
dinner: large chicken olive salad: 400 cal
snack: bag of doritos: 150 cal

Coffee Sweets

So I have a big addiction to starbucks and just any coffee shops with yummy patisseries.
But do you know how many calories there are in a grande frappucinno?

and I plan on trying everything on this menu to find which skinny drink I like the best.

Too bad the baked goods are all 350cal and over.

FIRST DAY!

Alright, so first day!
It was really hectic, I was extremely busy, so eating healthy was rather difficult.

Breakfast: toasted cheese bagel (300cal)
Lunch: crackers and cheese and large servings of cantalopoues and grapes (400cal)
Snack: Half a gruyere and ham sandwich (250cal)
Dinner: Chinese resturant (450cal)

Total: 1350 cal

Exercise: 0

So I ate a little less than what I am suppose to every day. (1600cal)

I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow and cutting my calories down to under 1000cal.
Slowly shrinking my appetite.

The Beginning

Alright, so I am one of those people that really want to make myself prettier. I am constantly surrounded by gorgeous friends, skinny bitches with huge boobs, and of course, hot guys who asks girls out based on how they look. (I'm just generalizing)

So, I got sick an tired of all that, and I decided that I was going to make myself prettier. I am very average looking, asian, but not skinny at all, I guess that gene skipped me. Average height, nothing intoxicating or unique about how I look. So I started a year ago with a diet in the hope that I can look like one of those thin pretty girls on TV wearing cropped tops and daisy dukes.

Diets are hard.

I have no idea how many I have tried, but I always end up binging. (I love eating)

So, I thought that I would make a blog and use it through my various steps of making myself pretty. Every girl can be pretty, we just need to put some efforts into it.

Starting today, I am going to start a diet, a healthy diet, nothing about not eating, just carefully limiting what kind of food I eat. I really hope that with an audience I will be able to continue my diet and do in 2012 what I have never been able to do in past years.

I will post thinspirations, meal ideas, exercises, and my daily progress.
